Our Wellness Plan is an alternative to dental insurance. It is a simple, high-quality, reduced-cost option for comprehensive care.
Plan Benefits
10%-Discount on all dental procedures
*If you will need 3 or 4 cleanings per year for Periodontal Maintenance, two will be covered at 100%. Additional cleanings are covered at 50%.
**Full mouth x-rays will be taken on your initial visit and once every three to five years depending on your dental needs. This service will be free of charge if patient signs up for the IN-OFFICE PATIENT WELLNESS PLAN annually without interruption.
