Insurance Plans Accepted
We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claims for you. Please provide the necessary information when making an appointment. We are happy to file the necessary forms to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage; however, we make no guarantee of any estimated coverage. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the dental treatment cost. Unless other arrangement have been made, we ask that you pay for your portion of the bill at the time the treatment is rendered. It is your responsibility to pay for any balance not paid by your insurance company. We accept payments by checks, debit card, cash, Master /Visa/Discover/American Express Card. If you do not have the benefit of dental insurance, we offer a 5% courtesy discount for all treatment. The payment must be paid in full prior to or at the time of treatment by cash or debit card. Some patients are interested in other payment options.

A treatment plan will be provided for you that will include the estimated insurance coverage and your portion of the responsibility towards your dental care.
